Welcome to my kitchen
I’m Ladislav, young, creative, enthusiastic chef who loves to make others happy with food. I worked in several best Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and hosted a number of successful pop-up tasting events in many countries.
I also successfully attended tens of national or international cooking competitions. Worked or staged in kitchens of Austria, England, Greece and Malta. Currently, I’m the most qualified chef hosting a food Airbnb experience in Prague.
Recently, I had the honor to serve one of the Hollywood stars during her working stay in Prague.
My dishes are creative, intriguing and full of flavour. They represent traditional ingredients and flavours of the rich central European cuisine, individuality and passion for cooking. Savor heart of Europe on your plate.
